Slitti Nocciolata is a soft, spreadable cream made out of cocoa and Piedmont hazelnuts (35%), of the round and delicate variety, from the Langhe area of Italy. Its creaminess is enriched by the addition of roasted and chopped hazelnuts giving it a slight “crunch”. This NASFT Sofi award winning spread can be served with pastries, croissants, mixed with whipping cream and spooned over cakes, or slathered over crusty breads for an unforgettable experience.
